Project Management in North Devon

What a fully managed build includes

• A clear programme of work, agreed before we start
• Booking and coordinating every trade in the right order
• Ordering materials and managing deliveries
• Managing the budget against a fixed price, with any changes agreed with you first
• Arranging building control inspections and keeping records
• Site safety, which on domestic jobs is the contractor's responsibility under the CDM Regulations
• Regular updates, snagging and a proper handover

One point of contact

You'll have one person to call who knows exactly where the job is up to. No chasing different trades, no gaps between them, and no wondering who is responsible for what.

Already have drawings or permission?

We can take over a project at any stage, from a scheme with planning permission ready to start, to a job that's stalled and needs getting back on track.
