How it works
We measure up, draw the scheme and check it against the planning rules before anything is submitted. Where specialists are needed, such as structural engineers, ecologists or energy assessors, we bring them in and coordinate their reports so the application goes in complete.
We submit to the right council (North Devon Council, or Torridge District Council around Bideford and Torrington), deal with the planning officer's questions, and keep you updated until a decision is made.

Mainly North Devon Council and Torridge District Council, plus Exmoor National Park Authority for sites inside the National Park.
