A family building firm, done properly.
We design and build homes across North Devon — barn conversions, extensions, new builds and self builds — from the first sketch through to the final coat of paint. One local team, start to finish.
Family-run, since 2017.
Smithson Construction has been designing and building homes across North Devon since 2017. We started as a small, hands-on outfit — and that's exactly how we've stayed. Every project gets the same care whether it's a new-build home or a single-room renovation, because it's our name on the van, not a franchise's.
From the first conversation to the final handover, you'll deal with the same people throughout — no rotating project managers, no subcontractor chains you've never met. Just steady, honest building, done properly.
